Scroll down the
page to find the item you would like to order.
If you are filling out
your script information online,
select the link "Click here for Online Script Submission"
prior to placing your order.
There is a link located on the left Nav bar and on the order page.
Fill out the necessary fields and hit the submit button. You will be returned
to the order page.
Click the shopping
cart to add your selection. You may be required to select additional items to place your order.
You will be prompted to do so if necessary.
Click the "Eye"
to view your order or to check out.
Select from shipping
and tax options.
Click payment
terms (required).
Select payment
method.
Fill out your billing
and shipping info and select submit.
Your order will
be instantly processed and a thank you page will
be generated
