WILL
MY PHONE SYSTEM WORK WITH AN
ON HOLD MESSAGE?
This is the most important question to answer. Your telephone system NEEDS
to have Music Input Capability in order for an On Hold Message
to work. Check to see if their is a mini or RCA type jack located on the
central phone system - not an individual phone. Contact the vendor where
you purchased your system for more info.

PRODUCTION
INFORMATION
We work directly with you to fulfill your particular needs. The information
can be changed according to the package selected by you, from a single
message to 6 or 12 times per year. Your commercial messages are created
exclusively for you by our staff of experienced copywriters. We own and
operate our own "In House" recoding recording facility. We do
not farm out our final productions to any third party vendor.

DO I WRITE
MY OWN SCRIPT?
On Hold Message: Yes. The easiest way to accomplish this
is by writing 3 to 4 short paragraphs (for a basic 3 minute on hold message)
about your business highlighting services/products, advertising or marketing
campaigns which describes your company and services. Emphasize information
that is going to educate your listener as well as offering store hours,
location, web site address etc. Please make note when placing an order
of unique pronunciations of terminology at that mat apply to your specific
industry. Simply submit on line, email or fax the information, it to us
- we'll handle the rest.

HOW WILL
MY MESSAGE PLAY?
We suggest you purchase a CD/MP3 playback
device (available at any electronics store) that is compatible with your
phone system. Installation is as usually as easy as plugging one cord
into your phone system and one cord into an electrical outlet.

HOW MUCH
DOES IT COST?
Messages start at $50 for a basic, pre-recorded "Thank you for calling"
message. A custom On Hold Message is only $285 which
includes a professional female or male narrator, choice of licensed music
and script writing. Voice Prompts and Autoattendent Greetings
start as low as $30 a message. For Teleconference Recording
please contact us for a quote.

That's what we do
- create a custom script for you. Although many clients like and often
choose a conservative message, we can produce a program with a comedy
or entertainment slant or even a high energy marketing message. The possibilities
